Because we like to keep things easy & flexible, we offer three different options for your signing meeting.

self execution.

Receive your documents and get them executed on your own time.

We provide:

  • Tabbed documents prepped for signing

  • Detailed igning Instructions

  • Mobile notary recommendations

 

NOTE: You will also need two witnesses that are not named in any of your estate plans, nor married or related to anyone named in your estate plan. Often, clients will choose to use friends, colleagues, or neighbors.

option #2
sign at our office.

Sign with the guidance of the Emerald Law team at our office (zip code 63105).

We provide:

  • Tabbed documents prepped for signing

  • Hands-on guidance and explanations throughout the signing experience

  • Notary

  • Witnesses

option #3
sign at home.*

Sign with the guidance of the Emerald Law team; we'll come to you!** 

We provide:

  • Tabbed documents prepped for signing

  • Hands-on guidance and explanations throughout the signing experience

  • Notary

*$250 fee applies 

 

**Limited to a ten (10) mile radius from our office. For travel outside the 10-mile radius, please reach out for options.
