Signing a Contract

Makin' it Official

Estate plans are legal documents, and therefore must be signed with certain procedures carefully followed.

And we're here to help.

Because we like to keep things easy & flexible, we offer three different options for your signing meeting.

option 1. self-execution

Perfect if . . . you prefer to simply receive your documents and get them executed on your own time.

I provide:

  • Tabbed documents prepped for signing

  • Signing Instructions

  • Mobile notary recommendations

NOTE: You will also need two witnesses that are not named in any of your estate plans, nor married or related to anyone named in your estate plan. Often, clients will choose to use friends, colleagues, or neighbors.
